- 14 oz cooked salmon about 2 cups flaked (or canned salmon)
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 onion small, finely diced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

If you are using canned salmon, drain it well.
Remove any bones and skin from the salmon and flake it up with a fork.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix until well combined.
Use a ½ cup measuring cup to scoop balls of the mixture. Form the balls into patties by pressing them flat.
Heat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the bottom of the basket with oil. You can use air fryer parchment paper to make cleanup easy.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
Choosing Salmon
Use leftover cooked salmon or canned salmon. Drain canned salmon well, remove bones and skin, and flake the fish before mixing.
Make Ahead
Prepare and shape the patties ahead of time, cover, and refrigerate for up to 2 days before cooking.
Keep The Patties Together
Shape the patties to an even thickness and turn them gently with a wide spatula. If the mixture feels soft, refrigerate briefly before cooking.
Cook Your Sides Alongside
A dual-basket air fryer lets you cook the patties and a side at the same time. Leave space around each patty for air to circulate.
