Notes

Choose Your Doneness

Bake the cookie bowls until they reach your preferred texture. At 15 minutes, the centers will be very gooey. Around 17 to 18 minutes, they will still be slightly under-baked in the center. At about 22 minutes, they should be fully baked.

Air Fryer Timing

Individual air fryers can bake at different rates, so use the timing as a guide. Start checking early the first time you make them, especially if your air fryer runs hot.

Ramekin Size

This recipe works well in four  -ounce ramekins. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may be able to fit all 4 ramekins in the basket at one time, or you may need to bake them in batches.

Using Smaller Ramekins

You can also use six 4-ounce ramekins. Adjust the cooking time since smaller portions bake faster. Around 12 minutes, the centers should be gooey. At 14 to 15 minutes, they will be slightly under-baked, and at 18 to 19 minutes, they should be fully baked.
