Air Fryer Brownies

Air Fryer Brownies are chewy, fudgy, dense, and moist. The secret to incredible brownies is to use cocoa powder AND melted chocolate. Mix the batter in one bowl and bake them in your air fryer for an outrageous chocolatey dessert. Save the larger oven for bigger jobs! These are perfect when you want a small batch of rich brownies with crackly edges and a soft, chocolate-packed center.

Notes

Air Fryer Timing

Different models of air fryers bake at different rates. Start checking the brownies at the lowest time listed in the recipe, then add a few more minutes if needed.

How To Check For Doneness

These brownies are meant to be fudgy, so a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs attached. If the toothpick comes out wet with raw batter, add a few more minutes to the bake time.

Let Them Cool Before Slicing

The brownies will be very gooey while they are still hot. Let them cool for 15 to 20 minutes so they set up and slice more cleanly.

Using Parchment Paper

If you line the pan with parchment paper, leave an overhang on the sides. That makes it easier to lift the brownies out of the pan before slicing.
