Barbecue Spice Blend

This Barbecue Spice Blend is a smoky, savory, slightly sweet seasoning mix that adds classic BBQ flavor without needing a long list of ingredients. Brown sugar brings a touch of sweetness, smoked paprika adds deep wood-fired flavor, and the garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin, and pepper round it out with warm, balanced spice. Use it as a dry rub for pork, chicken, beef, ribs, burgers, vegetables, or anything that could use a quick BBQ boost.

Notes

  • I used my hands to combine all the spices and ensure the blend did not have any clumps. It may work better to get your hands dirty.
