Servings: 4 servings
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Cut the head of cauliflower into individual florets and place them in a bowl.
Toss with the olive oil to get them evenly coated, then sprinkle the italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and toss to coat.
Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook separate batches.
Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. For best results, toss the cauliflower halfway through the cooking time.
Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and serve while warm.
Darker Edges
If you like a darker crust on your cauliflower, increase the temperature to 400°F. The smaller bits of cauliflower may char, but they will still taste slightly sweet and roasted.
Do Not Crowd The Basket
Keep the cauliflower in a single layer as much as possible so the florets roast instead of steam. Cook in batches if your air fryer basket is small.
Toss Halfway Through
For the best texture, toss the florets halfway through cooking so they brown more evenly on all sides.
