SRF sausage links are easy to prepare in the kitchen, grill or smoker. Here are some guidelines to prepare these delicious links:
Target a finished temperature of 165°F.
Heat in a lightly oiled skillet, turning several times to achieve an even brown exterior.
In a smoker or on a grill, start low (about 200°F) and slowly bring them to temperature for 30 to 40 minutes. Increase temperature to 400°F. Turn once or twice to brown evenly (about 5 minutes total). Remove when the internal temperature is 165°F.

Kurobuta is the Japanese term for “black hog” and refers to animals of the Berkshire variety, a heritage breed kept pure for hundreds of years.
